absolutely loved the animation
story line wasn't too bad, but i wasn't completely immersed into what was going on; it had a lot of lull moments
good for a one time viewing, but i wouldn't watch it again
It took
a while to get into, but I was never really fully into it.
It
teeter-totters between more heavy content and then childish. Kubo’s own grandfather
and aunts took one of his eyes, yet the next scene
Some
animation was really good and I really liked the how they incorporated the
paper origami.
It was
obvious that they were trying to tell the story in a beautiful way, but it
wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.
I was
really hoping I’d like Charlize Theron and Matthew McCaughny’s voice, but I
really don’t think either one suited the character.
